At La Paperie Studio, every item is thoughtfully designed and custom-made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review the following policies before placing your order.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellations may be accepted only if the design or production process has not yet begun.

Once your order has entered design or production, cancellations and refunds are no longer available, as time, materials, and resources have already been dedicated to your custom creation.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us promptly. We will review the status of your order and let you know whether cancellation is still possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect personalization details provided by the customer, or other customer-related ordering errors.

Please carefully review all names, ages, dates, colors, themes, quantities, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

Order Issues & Exceptions

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by La Paperie Studio, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected item and original packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund when applicable.

Please keep the original packaging and damaged items while your claim is being reviewed, as they may be needed for a shipping claim.

Event Date Changes

If you need to change or reschedule your event date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, date changes are not guaranteed and depend on our current availability and production schedule.

Additional fees may apply if the requested change requires rush processing, additional materials, reprinting, or adjustments to work that has already been completed.

Handmade & Personalized Products

Each item is handcrafted with care. Small variations in color, placement, or finishing may occur due to the handmade process, screen settings, and printing materials. These minor variations are not considered defects.
